Biography

Rebecca has been involved in Psychotherapy and self-development since 1990.  She trained in the UK at Spectrum, the largest and most established training center in the world, committed specifically to the development of humanistic psychology.  Starting out in social and medical research she later went on to train as an acupuncturist before finding her true vocation in Psychotherapy.  She brings these two past lives to her psychotherapy practice through her rigour, and her extensive knowledge of the body, helping her to focus on the relationship between the body and the mind.  Rebecca is passionately committed to supervision and its importance in supporting satisfied and nourished professionals.  She offers individual as well as group supervision.
