If you're on this page you are probably suffering with a Repetitive Strain Injury - sorry to hear that!  From personal experience of having Tennis Elbow (and treated it successfully) myself I can empathize with how debilitating & painful these are.  If you're all about having natural treatment I can recommend Acupuncture to you.
